The Cost of Training

Our training year is up and running. We have had several classes already in 2010 and the next few months will be full to say the least. I have been flattered by several emails and calls essentially asking..."How" do we do it. It comes down to my philosophy regarding training people. I understand that in this business, a vast majority of participants drive their own training. What I mean by that is most people plan their training and personally budget for it. While there are many instances when agencies cover the training, most participants pay for training themselves. I know this because I am in this category. I have sought high end training all over the country and measured cost versus what I perceived to be the value. With this personal experience I strive to keep the cost of our courses at an affordable level. Understand that we have caught some grief for this as many in the industry disparage anyone who does not charge a premium and imply "Unless it is expensive...it is not serious training". This is simply untrue. Our courses are world class and will expand your skill set regardless of your existing skill level.

I simply am more interested in training those that sincerely want to train as opposed to training only the few that can afford it. As warriors we are fortunate to have so many great places to train here in the U.S. The options we have are limitless. Regardless of price, you have endless training opportunities. I will say that I believe several of the "high cost" courses are worth every dime. The purpose of my thoughts here this month however are to share my philosophy on providing training to warriors. I will continue to make our courses as affordable as possible. I believe it is the best policy for Force Options and its' continued success.

I wish you all the very best this upcoming year. It is my hope that we all cross paths and enjoy the opportunity to train together!
